B-Aron Conseil is a retainer executive search firm, specialized on C-Levels: top management and management executive positions. It also provides leadership consulting and HR strategic advice.
Since his beginning in Chile (2005), B-Aron Conseil has been focused on providing services to international companies coming from economical sectors at the forefront, constantly facing significant challenges. Amongst them are mining, energy, transport, logistics, health, manufacturing industry, as well as financial entities. It also provides services to local public agencies and stated-own companies.

Mission
Taking into account the goal of transforming Chile into a business platform for Latin America, B-Aron Conseil established their offices in Santiago to join the local executive search market, taking advantage of a specific know-how acquired in the international arena.
Acting as director and senior consultant - and since 2015 as the main associate - is Gonzalo Rojas Mañalich. Mr. Rojas who graduated at the University of Geneva's Business School. Before joining B-Aron Conseil, he has worked for over 15 years in the field of Finance, Administration and Human Resources, in companies belonging to productive sectors and services in both Chile and in Europe.
Christian Schnettler Ramírez
Senior Industry, Mining and Energy Consultant
Following an outstanding executive career, Christian is joining B-Aron Conseil to meet the needs of various clients, contributing his experience in strategic matters in Human Resources, including executive search, talent management, compensation, organizational development, labor market and executive coaching.
With 30 years of executive experience in Human Resources and positions such as Mining Skills Manager at the Mining Council, Director of South American Human Resources at Freeport McMoRan Copper, along with other positions at Melon and IBM, stand out in his career. A civil engineer by profession – University of Chile, he has a Diploma in DPA Administration from the UAI, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Pontifical Catholic University and a qualification from ILC (International Life & Leadership Coaching Academy), as a certified Executive Coach.

Maureen Castañeda Dubois
Senior Consultant and Chief Evaluation Officer
After more than 15 years of experience as an assessor in leading human resources consultants - including the outplacement and coaching firm, People & Partners - in 2019 Maureen Castañeda has been invited to join the B-Aron Conseil team in order to contribute her solid experience.
Currently, her role is to supervise the assessment work performed on the candidates participating in the search and evaluation processes of B-Aron Conseil. Her work also includes supervising the reference review phase, as well as participating as a coach in the executive coaching programs of B-Aron Conseil.
Maureen is a psychologist at the Diego Portales University and has psycho-labor evaluation experience both in private sector companies, as well as in public sector services and companies.
